As TSS participant, you receive - as default - both the advanced and the basic learning materials, for your convenience and as a courtesy of TermNet.
The enrolment codes will be sent to you in an e-mail.
Step 3: Prepare for the ECQA exam
A 19-min-video explains how to prepare for the exam. Please watch it carefully if you intend to sit the exam.
